Some special yarns for weaving Denim
The first is Modal yarn,
Modal yarn is recycled from oak tree, a perennial tree grown in Nordic countries
Oak trees do not need to use pesticides or chemicals to care, that's why Modal fiber is considered a safe, environmentally friendly material and consumer health.
Fabric made from Modal fiber is not only cool, soft, has excellent sweat absorption ability (25% better than cotton), but Modal fiber also has extremely high elasticity and durability, because the fiber texture is Made from cellulose, so it is very strong and durable, resistant to abrasion.
It is durable even in water and outperforms other common fabrics. In addition, when we touch Modal fabric, we will immediately feel the smoothness, breathability with enough glossy properties, and also feel like cotton and silk.
The second is Tencel yarn.
Tencel has another name, Lyocell, but Tencel is actually a special type of Lyocell, made from the eucalyptus tree. Meanwhile, Lyocell is made from woody plants such as bamboo, palm ... Tencel or Lyocell also have many properties in common with cotton, linen, and hemp fibers.
The third is Ecovero yarn.
EcoVero yarn is a fiber made from wood sourced from sustainable forestry plantations, which must be 100% certified by leading industry associations such as the Forest Stewardship Association (FSC). Wood from these plantations reduces C02 emissions by 50%. This is a closed process, all water and chemicals used in the production process are recycled and reused, resulting in a 0% pollution impact.
Fourth is the S-Café yarn.
S-Café fiber is made from coffee grounds mixed with a polymer mixture to form a composite material, then applies S.Cafe's exclusive technology to produce Coffee Fiber.
Fabrics woven from Coffee Yarn are absorbent up to 200% faster than cotton fabrics. In addition, UV resistance, good deodorant ability, and cooling ability (S.Café ICE-CAFÉ™ cool touch) are also advantages that make this sustainable fiber hot in the industry. garment.
Fifth is the yarn Repreve
This is a fiber that is 100% recycled from plastic bottles, so it is derived from polyester.
Friday is Sorbtek 365 . fiber
This is also a yarn that is recycled from plastic bottles and other recycled polyester-based materials.

Cotton Fiber Harvesting
04/10/2021
The first step in cotton processing is harvesting, and for the farmers, it’s an important and personal process. It’s the culmination of months of planting and tending, and it’s the most important step before the cotton begins its traceability journey from the gin to the mill. After the crop matures, harvesting begins. Harvesting too soon can disrupt maturation, negatively affecting the fiber quality while waiting too long can result in a reduced fiber yield.

MAIN REASON OF INCREASING FABRIC COST
01/11/2021
1/ COTTON FIBER PRICE: The reason for the increase in yarn prices is that the world's last cotton crop produced a low yield, and world cotton inventories also decreased. It is expected that the world's cotton consumption this year exceeds the amount of cotton that can be harvested by 1 million tons. supply shortage becomes serious. Cotton is a highly speculative commodity, so prices fluctuate frequently. It is difficult for investors to give an accurate short-term trend. But in the long term, the expectation of an economic recovery after the expanded Covid-19 vaccine will be a factor supporting cotton prices to maintain above $ 2.2 / kg for the last months of 2021

Textile and garment industry: Efforts to keep workers, keep orders to recover
22/11/2021
How to restore production after the COVID-19 epidemic is always a concern of businesses, especially in the textile and footwear sector when production depends on hundreds of thousands of workers. The solution to recovering from a dose of "antibiotics" of social distancing is what businesses need to retain employees, care about those who have been and are currently attached, and above all, persuade employees to return to their work. Pay attention to employee retention The Textile and Garment Association said that the last 3 months of 2021 will be an "extremely difficult" time for the textile industry. This industry will face the highest risk of disruption in the supply chain because partners move orders to other places and the risk of labor shortage because workers are tending to return to their hometown to avoid the epidemic, and it is not easy to return. right back. Labor deficit from now to the end of the year will be around 35-37%. Although Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces and cities are gradually reopening in October 2021, it is still difficult for workers to return to work, because there are only a few months left until the New Year and the Lunar New Year. Not to mention that many localities are applying social distancing measures under Directive 16, which is a barrier in finding alternative labor sources. This is a huge challenge for the business community when there is no optimal plan to recruit workers in the 'new normal' condition. Viet Hong Textile JVC is also experiencing a significant impact on human resources for the last months of 2021 and the beginning of 2022!
